Manowar Manowar...

"I've been Fighting, Fighting the World, I've been Fighting....... Fight for a livin, Fighting the World!"

ManOWar

Yep. I'm updating. I drove 250 miles each way to Worcester, MA to see the KINGS OF METAL! Manowar, with Rhapsody and Holyhell. Wow. What a fucking incredible show. Just awesome from 8PM till Midnight. 4 hours of Metal ecstasy. Truly. This was the third show of their's I've been to. My first Manowar experience was at the now defunct Tommyknockers in '95 (or possibly '96), followed by L'Amour in Brooklyn in 2002, and now June 2005. :)

Bad side: All ages venue. You could only purchase 1 beer at a time. Bummer. No smoking. No re-entry.

All in all I have to give the evening a 9/10.

Friday blah

Just recapping my week here for posterity.

So my dad had the world's easiest angioplasty the other day, home by 430PM. That's definately good. Me and Melody went over to see the two of them the other evening. My dad got to laugh good and hard about how fast Melody fixed the DVD player's wiring to get it to work. It was very funny because I tooled around with it for 30 minutes one day and got nowhere. She walked behind the tv, 2 seconds later everything works. Good job Doll. :)

What else? I'm not really selling quality high $ items, but I'm selling. Work is happy because I'm selling, but that's not going to keep me from being fired for lack of making my goals come years end. If anyone wants to buy $50,000 - $100,000 in kitchen cabinets of very good quality, email me.

Hmm, tonight is Ars Magica (see last post - Ed.) and there should be a climactic conclusion to "Chapter One" of our campaign. It will be good, more because I like having everyone over to talk with than anything else. Me, Donovan, Dan, Currie, and Matt. It's a shame we all can't get together for any other reason other than "the Game".

Oh, Saturday morning I'm headed to Worcester, MA to see the one, the only, ManOWar!!! Totally psyched. I can't f*cking wait.

Hmm, M.J. was found innocent of all charges?? Wow. Just another thrust into the heart of blind justice. If M.J. was just a poor black man accused of giving alcohol to children and touching them, would there be a not guilty verdict rendered there? I think not. Justice is definately not blind.

Just a few things put out there. See ya!
